Marion, Ohio serves as the county seat for Marion County. The town also serves as the hometown of President Warren G. Harding. Marion has many features including the Harding Memorial where the family interred the 29th President of the United States alongside his wife Florence Kling Harding. The memorial was designed in the style of a circular Greek temple with Doric order marble columns from white Georgia marble.
