Benham’s Grove Entrance in Spring, Centerville, Ohio
The Story: Built on land owned by Centerville, Ohio’s founding father, Aaron Nutt, Joseph Benham built a home and operated the land as a small farm for many years. Changing hands several more times, the City of Centerville bought the property in 1991 and converted it over to an event center. Today, the quaint 19th Century Farmhouse hosts weddings, receptions, and a host of other gatherings. On this spring day, the entrance sign to Benham’s Grove stands along US 48 under trees beginning their spring leaf out.
