Cornerstone Park

Established in 2023, Cornerstone Park is a testament to Centerville's commitment to blending modern development with natural beauty. Located within the Cornerstone of Centerville development near the intersection of Feedwire Road and Wilmington Pike, the park was created through a collaboration between the City of Centerville, Oberer Developers, and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. A $1 million Clean Ohio Fund grant was awarded to conserve the passive parkland, preserving a headwater stream and providing a serene escape amidst the bustling development

Cornerstone Park Highlights:

• 11 Acres of Trails and Greenspace – Meandering paths and open lawns offer visitors a peaceful environment for walking, jogging, or relaxation.
• Landscaped Multi-Level Plaza – This thoughtfully designed area provides a welcoming space for gatherings and community events.
• 'Celebration' Art Sculpture – An 18-foot-tall stainless steel and dichroic glass sculpture by artist Stephen Canneto serves as a focal point, symbolizing community spirit and unity
• Covered Pond Overlook – A tranquil spot where visitors can enjoy views of the pond and surrounding nature.
• Entertainment Pavilion – A venue for concerts and performances, enhancing the park's role as a cultural hub.
