Cornerstone Park – Centerville’s Newest Community Park

Established in 2023, Cornerstone Park reflects Centerville’s vision for thoughtful growth and preserved natural beauty. Located within the Cornerstone of Centerville development near Feedwire Road and Wilmington Pike, the 11-acre park was created through collaboration between the City of Centerville, Oberer Developers, and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Support from the Clean Ohio Fund helped conserve headwater streams and protect passive parkland, ensuring this modern development retained meaningful greenspace.

As a city park rather than part of the Washington-Centerville Park District, Cornerstone Park represents a distinct chapter in Centerville’s evolving story… one where contemporary design and environmental stewardship meet.

• 11 Acres of Trails and Greenspace:  Meandering paths and open lawns provide a peaceful setting for walking, jogging, and quiet reflection.
• Landscaped Multi-Level Plaza:  Designed for gathering, the plaza offers an inviting space for community events and informal meet-ups.
• “Celebration” Sculpture by Stephen Canneto:  An 18-foot stainless steel and dichroic glass sculpture that serves as the park’s visual centerpiece… symbolizing unity, movement, and shared civic pride.
