The Story:     Thomas A. Cloud served as a Montgomery County Administrator before his passing in 1976. As a tribute to his service, a new 124-acre sports park was named in his honor. Today, the park hosts a vast number of fields and sports catering to many sports. On this autumn evening, the park’s pathway passes under mature trees as the setting sun backlights the golden leaves as if they contained their own illumination.
