The Story:      Founded in 1850, Antioch College embraced the charter of affording equal privileges to students of both sexes. Its success started with its first president, Horace Mann. This scene captures Antioch Hall which was built in 1855. In 1975, it was placed on the National Register of Historic Places for its mixture of Romanesque, Greek Revival and Goth architectural styles.
