Dayton Aviation Trail

A key aspect of Dayton, Ohio’s invention legacy lies in its famous sons, Wilbur and Orville Wright who created the Wright Flyer.  As a result of the work completed at Wright Cycle Company and Huffman Prairie, Dayton is known as the birthplace of Aviation.  Today, the Miami Valley preserves its aviation heritage through its non-profit, Aviation Trail Inc.
