Shepherd of Grace in the Evening Light No. 2
The Story: Grace United Methodist Church in Springfield Ohio dealt with the loss of an old Ash tree in a very classy way. The church believes that even when something looks dead, new life is always possible. Rather than removing the dead tree, they hired local sculptor, Greg Henry, of Wild Thingz Art Studio to carve their tree into this iconic Jesus, called the Shepherd of Grace. On this summer evening, the setting sun silhouettes the shepherd sculpture.
