The Story: Land that once hosted the Delco Sportsman’s Club now serves as one of the larger parks in the City of Kettering Ohio Parks Department called Delco Park. Within this park lies a special memorial commemorating those who served our nation. The Kettering Veterans Memorial was dedicated in 2016 and consists of a circle of black granite pillars dedicated to each military service as well as the flags gently flapping in the breeze at half-staff.
