Carleton E. Davidson Statue

The Story:      Carleton F. Davidson called Springfield, Ohio, home, and as a businessman, civic leader, and philanthropist where he and his wife left a positive impact all over Clark County.  As a historian, he assisted in the formation of an interpretive center at Ohio’s Revolutionary War site, the Battle of Peckuwe.  Today this site is called the Davidson Interpretive Center.  At the center’s entrance resides this sculpture by Mike Major of Carleton F. Davidson which memorializes his community contributions.
