Black-eyed Susans, Huber Heights Garden No. 2

The Story:      While visiting a private garden near Huber Heights, Ohio I came upon this patch of healthy Black-eyed Susans (Rudbeckia hirta).  This is a common wildflower in North America and is part of the Asteraceae Family.  The flower is described as having yellow ray florets circling conspicuous brown or black, dome-shaped cones of many small disc florets.
