The Story: With the closing of the Snyder Park Golf Course in 2014, the city converted the grounds to the Snyder Park Gardens and Arboretum. Throughout its 226 acres, they’ve permitted a series of gardens. Once space is dedicated as the Kiwanis Children’s Garden which was designed and built by the Hollandia Gardens Association. On this summer evening, the former golf course fairway trees gently filter the golden light as it rakes across the garden.
