The Story: With the closing of the Snyder Park Golf Course in 2014, the city converted the grounds into the Snyder Park Gardens and Arboretum. Throughout its 226 acres, they’ve permitted a series of gardens. Once space is dedicated as the Kiwanis Children’s Garden which was designed and built by the Hollandia Gardens Association. On this spring day, a small covered bridge lies in the middle of the gardens serving as a feature along the garden’s main axis.
